Did you know that, on average, home weatherization services will lower your energy bills by an estimated 20-30%?

On Friday, August 8 (2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.), a representative from the Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. will be available in the accessible Adult Library to provide information and answer your questions about its Home Weatherization Program. 

Income guidelines apply and are subject to change by the federal government. Residents (homeowners and renters) in Delaware, Chester, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Montgomery County are eligible. If you qualify, you may receive the following free services:

• Home Energy Audit

• Diagnostic Air Flow Testing

• Weather Stripping and Caulking

• Heater Inspection, Service, Repair or Replacement

• Attic and Wall Insulation

• Air Sealing Measures

• Electric Usage Evaluation

• Energy Conservation Education
