ARTSPIRATIONS is back at the Municipal Branch (501 Bywood Ave.)!  This week we'll be making Ink & Watercolor designs.  Add a little inspiration, a dash of creativity, and some art to make something new and interesting.  No two designs will be the same and you cannot go wrong with this project. This is all about being original and letting the ink and watercolors flow where they will.  This program is open to teens in grades 6-12.
